Welcome to Harvest of Eden Home Bakery. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.

1. General Information

Harvest of Eden Home Bakery is a home-based cottage bakery located in McKinney, Texas. Our products are made in a residential kitchen that is not inspected by the state health department, in accordance with Texas Cottage Food Laws.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this information.

2. Ordering & Availability

2.1 Product Availability

All items are made in small batches, often requiring multi-day preparation (such as sourdough and sprouted breads).
Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders.

2.2 Pre-Orders

Large orders or bulk quantities require pre-ordering.
We reserve the right to set lead times based on schedule, supply, and production needs.

2.3 Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted once payment is received and you receive confirmation from us.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
Payment is required at the time of ordering.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout through our website.

4. Delivery & Pickup

4.1 Local Pickup

Customers may pick up their orders at our designated location in McKinney, Texas.
Exact pickup address will be provided after your order is ready.

4.2 Local Delivery

We offer local delivery throughout DFW for a flat fee (e.g., $15).
Delivery times may vary based on location and order size.

4.3 Missed Deliveries or Pickups

If a customer is unavailable at the confirmed pickup or delivery time, the order may be forfeited without refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is completed.

If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.

6. Allergies & Dietary Information

While we offer vegan and plant-based options, our home kitchen may also process wheat, nuts, soy, and other common allergens.

By ordering, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, branding, product descriptions, and images — is the property of Harvest of Eden Home Bakery and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree that Harvest of Eden Home Bakery, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • any allergic reactions, health issues, or adverse effects

  • delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control

  • misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products after pickup/delivery

  • website errors, downtime, or technical issues

Your use of our site and consumption of our products is at your own discretion and risk.
