Because all of our breads, pies, and desserts are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Each item is handcrafted using freshly milled grains and perishable ingredients that cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, all sales are final.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly review your concern. We always strive to ensure you have a beautiful experience with our bakery. 🌼

All cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.Because our baking process begins immediately—milling the grain, feeding the starter, sprouting grains, or preparing dough—we cannot cancel orders after this point.

🌾 3. Pickup & Delivery Policy
Pickup TimesWe will contact you when your order is ready, based on the natural timing of fermentation, sprouting, and baking. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window to ensure freshness.
Delivery OptionsLocal delivery may be available depending on your location.Delivery is typically done next day for single loaves and pre-order basis for larger quantities.
If you are not available to receive your order at the scheduled time, the order will be left at your door (weather permitting). Harvest of Eden is not responsible for items left unattended.

Our whole wheat sourdough and Ezekiel bread take multiple days due to sprouting, milling, and long fermentation.
